Rupak and his team go above and beyond in all respects and we have been so lucky to have them work with us. Rupak is one of the kindest and most hardworking people I have ever had the pleasure to know. Rupak and his team have been looking after our property in Hobart for 3 years now. Initially it was an Airbnb and is now a rental with twice weekly cleans. In the time he has worked for us he has done cleaning, shopped for items for the house, helped out with various emergencies, linen service, and many other tasks. Rupak has helped us maintain a Superhost status with Airbnb. Rupak shows the kind of attention to detail that is very hard to find, has a really considered touch, and we trust him to manage our house as if it were his own. We have called upon Rupak to help many times as we are far away from the property, and we are always confident that Rupak will take care of our home and our interests.
