Here are some of the most frequently asked questions from our customers regarding our services and practices.

 Can I leave my house keys for the cleaner?
Yes, you can if you wish. Most of our clients are not home during the clean and prefer to leave their keys in a secure place such as a meter box, under a mat, or another agreed location. Please inform our team or your cleaner in advance where the keys will be left.

Can I leave a task list for the cleaner?
Yes. You are welcome to leave a note with your task list in a visible place, such as on the kitchen table.

Do I have to meet the cleaner on the first visit?
It is entirely up to you. Meeting the cleaner is not required if you are unavailable. However, we recommend providing access instructions, the location of cleaning materials, and any special cleaning requests. Meeting your cleaner on the first visit and showing them around the house can help them better understand your needs.

How many cleaning hours will my house need?
We recommend dividing tasks on a rotation basis to help estimate the required cleaning hours. You can also discuss this with your cleaner on the first visit, and they will advise on the most suitable regular cleaning hours for your home.

How do I pay?
We send invoices every Sunday. Our bank details are included in the invoice.

Are your cleaners pet-friendly?
Yes. All our cleaners are comfortable working in homes with friendly pets.

Is GST included in your services?
Our flat-rate services include GST. Hourly rate services exclude GST.

Is there a minimum number of hours to book a clean?
Yes. The minimum booking requirement is 2.5 hours. This ensures our cleaners have enough time to clean thoroughly and maintain high-quality results.

Do you charge extra for ironing, washing, or laundry?
No. We are happy to assist with ironing, washing, and laundry, provided these tasks fit within the booked cleaning hours.

Can I change my cleaner if I am not happy with the current one?
Yes. Please contact us, and we will arrange a replacement cleaner.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
No, for domestic house cleaning, as everyone has different preferences, clients are required to provide their own cleaning products.

What’s included in a regular home cleaning service?
We offer a wide range of services. Please refer to our Regular Home Cleaning page for more details.

Do you clean on public holidays?
We do not provide cleaning services on Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Australia Day (26 January), Good Friday, Easter Sunday, or Anzac Day. Please contact us in advance if you wish to schedule or reschedule a clean around public holidays. 

How can I change the cleaning routine?
You can contact us via email or text to update your cleaning routine.

Can I skip a clean?
Yes. Please let us know in advance if you wish to skip a scheduled clean.

Is there a contract to sign?
No. There is no contract required.

Will I have the same cleaner each time?
Yes. The same cleaner will be assigned to clean your home regularly.

What if my cleaner is on holiday or leaves?
We will arrange a fill-in cleaner so your service continues without interruption.

Are all cleaners police-checked?
Yes. All our cleaners are police-checked.

Are you fully insured?
Yes. We are fully insured with public liability insurance.
