Good Day Cleaning Service (Domestic Science) reserves the right to make changes to this website at any time without prior notice, including to these terms and conditions. You accept that the most recent version of these terms will apply to you.


If our cleaners are unable to enter the home during the cleaning (due to a customer no-show or lock-out), you could be charged the half cost of the cleaning service you reserved.


Invoices must be paid within 15 days of issue. Any late payments may incur a $25 fee.

Flat Rate Pricing:

Although we reserve the right to change the price for fairness if your home is bigger, has a lot of pet hair, or is messier than usual, we offer flat rate pricing based on the size of the home.


We spend a lot of time interviewing potential cleaners and investigating their backgrounds and experience. You acknowledge and agree that unless you pay us a $5000 referral fee, you will not independently hire any of the cleaners from Good Day Cleaning Service (Domestic Science). Regardless of whether you engage the cleaners on a regular basis or only occasionally, this sum is payable in full right away.

Heavy works:

Good Day Cleaning Service (Domestic Science) forbids its cleaners from moving or lifting heavy objects or furniture out of an abundance of caution. Please move any large appliances or pieces of furniture (such as a couch, fridge, stove, washing machine) prior to our arrival if you would like us to clean behind them.

We reserve the right not to clean an item/area within the house (at no discount price to the Customer) if the item may pose a possible risk to the cleaner. For instance, a cracked or broken power point, dangerous light fitting or working at heights.

Some items will be subject to wear and tear, some also may not be cleaned due to long-term or excessive exposure or contact with a build-up of grime; in these instances, if identified no warranty will apply to these areas or items.

Arrival Times:

We reserve the right to show up at your house within a 15-minute window after receiving your booking. For instance,  If the booking time is 12:00 PM, we may show up at any moment between 11:45 AM and 12:15 PM. We will  cover your set of booking hours.


These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all contracts for the supply of Services by Us to the Customer. They shall prevail over any other documentation or communication from the Customer.

Inappropriate behavior:

We will not put up with the Customer’s verbal, written, or physical harassment, intimidation, threats, or use of fear towards Us or our cleaners. This covers coarse language, racism, and disrespectful statements. We will take whatever steps are required, including legal action, to hold accountable anybody who engages in abusive or threatening behaviour. Any Services may be terminated by us immediately and without notice. You, the Customer, agree that you have no such claim to receive any refund.

Use of Client’s Equipment and Supplies for Regular Home Cleaning Service:

Equipment and Supplies Provided by the Client:

As part of our regular home cleaning service, We may utilize the client’s equipment and supplies limited to vacuum cleaners, mops, brooms, cleaning solutions, and other cleaning tools.

The client agrees to provide all necessary equipment and supplies in good working condition for the cleaning service to be performed. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the provided equipment is safe to use and in compliance with applicable health and safety standards.

Inspection and Assessment:

Prior to commencing the cleaning service, We reserve the right to inspect and assess the client’s equipment and supplies to determine their suitability and condition for use.

If any equipment or supplies are deemed unsafe, damaged, or not in good working condition, We reserve the right to refuse their use and may request alternative equipment or supplies to be provided by the client.

Limitation of Liability:

We shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use of the client’s equipment and supplies during the cleaning service.

The client acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for the condition, safety, and suitability of their equipment and supplies.


The client agrees to indemnify and hold Us and Our employees, agents, and contractors harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the use of the client’s equipment and supplies, including but not limited to claims for personal injury, property damage, or product liability.

Termination of Service:

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend the cleaning service if the client’s equipment and supplies pose a risk to the health and safety of Our employees or contractors.

In the event of termination or suspension of the cleaning service due to the condition of the client’s equipment and supplies, the client shall be responsible for any applicable charges or fees incurred up to that point.

Client’s Warranty:

The client represents and warrants that all equipment and supplies provided for the cleaning service are owned by the client.

The client further warrants that the equipment and supplies are safe, free from defects, and suitable for their intended use.


The amounts quoted are all estimates. The prices are based on the average house and room size estimations. The quoted price is subject to change when the team visits and evaluates the house.

While we make a good faith effort to provide accurate quotations, quotes may vary based on Us or the Customer identifying additional factors.

Service payments

By using our cleaning services, you agree to the following payment terms

Unpaid Services

Invoices must be paid within 15 days of issue. Failure to do so will incur additional charges, which are non-negotiable.

After 15 days outstanding, a further $25 will be added to the invoice as a late payment fee.

Any outstanding amount beyond 15 days will incur a daily late charge calculated at $5 per day.

In the event that your overdue account is referred to a debt collection agency and law firm, you will be liable for all costs which would be incurred as if the debt is collected in full, including legal demand costs, court costs, and other miscellaneous costs associated with the collection of the outstanding payment.

Payment options

Cash: We do not accept cash payments on all our services.

Bank Transfer: We accept direct bank payments. Our bank details are provided in our invoice. Please include the invoice number in the bank description or reference while making the payments.


Any complaints must be made in writing and sent to

Any complaints must be made within 24 hours of the performed Service.

Complaints must include the Customers name, contact number, the date of the complaint, and a detailed explanation of the complaint, including any relevant documentation and notes.

Complaints must also include what resolution the Client would like.

The Client acknowledges that if they do not follow our complaints procedure, Good Day Cleaning Service (Domestic Science)  has the right to dismiss the complaint and or take no further action at our discretion.

Suppose you are satisfied with our proposed actions or remedies. In that case, we will close the complaint and record our continuous improvement program findings.

If you are not satisfied with our proposed actions or remedies, we will record this, and you acknowledge that either party reserve the right to refer the complaint to the relevant federal, state or territory consumer protection agency or legal advisor.


In these terms and conditions, the following words shall have the following meanings;

“Customer” or “You” means any person who purchases services from

“Services” or “Service” is any service the client would like to perform.

“Terms and Conditions” means the terms and conditions of supply contained within this webpage and any conditions agreed in writing by Us.

“Cleaner” or “Cleaners” means anyone who performs the service working for Us.
