Can I leave my house keys for the cleaner?

Yes, you can if you wish. Most of our clients are not home during the clean and prefer to leave the keys somewhere like meter box, under the mat and other places. 

In such case, please let our team know about it or your cleaner while you meet. 

Can I leave a note of task lists for the cleaner?

Yes, you are welcome to leave a note in an appropriate place like the kitchen table.

How much do you charge?

We charge $44 per hour for a weekly home clean and $49 per hour for a fortnightly home clean in Hobart.

How do I pay you?

We will send you an invoice on Sundays. Our bank detail is in the invoice.

Is there a minimum hours to book a clean?

In order to provide the best possible cleaning experience for our clients, we have established a minimum booking requirement of 3 hours. This allows our cleaners to have enough time to thoroughly clean your home and ensure that every nook and cranny is spotless.

We believe that quality should never be compromised for the sake of speed. Our experienced cleaners take the time to pay attention to the details, ensuring that your home is not only clean, but also well-organized and inviting.

How many cleaning hours do you think my house needs?

We recommend you divide the tasks and details you need on a rotation basis to calculate the hours. Furthermore, you can meet and discuss with our cleaner on the first day. Our cleaner will let you know what the exact regular cleaning hours are suitable for you.

Do I have to meet the cleaner on the first visit?

It's entirely up to you. It is not required to meet if you are away or your time does not match the first visit. We recommend you send a precise information about how to access your home, where are the cleaning materials in the house, and if you have any special task list. Our cleaners will handle the rest.

We find that meeting your cleaner on the first visit and showing them around the house, cleaning materials, and explaining your cleaning requirements helps both of you a lot. Our cleaner will also understand your needs much better.

Will there be the same cleaner?

Yes, there will be the same cleaner assigned to clean your house regularly.

Can I change my cleaner if I am not happy with the current one?

Yes, contact us if you wish to replace your current cleaner.

What if I need a clean, but my cleaner is on holiday or leaving?

We will send you a fill-in cleaner if your cleaner is on holiday or leaving.

Can I skip the clean?

Yes, you can. Please let us know if you wish to skip the clean for a time frame.

How can I change the cleaning routine?

Do you bring your cleaning supplies?

Sorry, we do not bring cleaning materials for domestic house cleaning. We believe every house owner must have their own choice of cleaning products used for their house clean.

We do bring cleaning supplies for Airbnb cleaning and housekeeping.

Do you charge extra for ironing, washing, and laundry?

No, we do not charge extras for domestic regular house cleaning. We understand and love to help you with other household work beyond cleaning. Thus, all are calculated in the regular house cleaning hours.

We only charge for Washing and Drying linens for Airbnb housekeeping and cleaning.

Do you clean on public holidays and weekend?

We do clean on public holidays and weekends without any extra charges for regular domestic home cleaning.

In case of Airbnb housekeeping and cleaning, we add extra fees on public holiday and weekend clean.

Are you fully insured?

Yes, we are fully insured with public liability insurance.

Are all cleaners police-checked?

Yes, our all cleaners are police-checked.

Is there a contract to sign?

No, there is not any contract. Please view our terms and conditions.
